Selection of a Vice-Chairperson to serve a one-year term, beginning January 2022 c. Storefront Art Program Motion approving the funding of a Storefront Art Program to produce temporary art exhibits in a retail storefront unit from January – December 2022 in an amount not to exceed $40,000 from the 2021- 2022 Month Work Plan. d. Storefront Art Program – Temporary Program Consultant Motion approving the funding of a temporary program consultant from January – June 2022 to (1) work with City staff to develop the processes and procedures for a Storefront Art Program, and (2) liaise with artists to produce temporary art exhibits in a retail storefront unit, in an amount not to exceed $13,000 from the 2021- 2022 Month Work Plan. e. Claremont Graduate University – Work Study Program  Motion approving the funding of a financial stipend for a Graduate student from the Claremont University - Work Study Program from January to December 2022 to assist with programmatic initiatives of the Arts and Culture Commission, in an amount not to exceed $7,000 from the 2021- 2022 Month Work Plan. f. Selection and Appointment of Commission Members to Artist Review and Selection Committees Motion appointing two Commission Members to serve a one-year term on the Artist Review and Selection Committee for the Adams Square Mini Park Gas Station & Storefront Art Program, Brand Library Plaza Series & 222 East Concert Series, and Beyond the Box – Utility Box Mural Art Program. 6.
