City-Wide Public Art Landmarks RFQ – Design Concept Proposals for Artsakh Ave. Overhead Artwork and Artsakh Ave. Gateway Artwork. 1. Motion recommending that the City Council authorize the City Manager, or a designee, to enter into an Agreement for Commission of Artwork with an artist/artist team to design, fabricate, and install a public art piece for the Artsakh Ave. Overhead Artwork in an amount not to exceed $500,000. 2. Motion recommending that the City Council authorize the City Manager, or a designee, to enter into an Agreement for Commission of Artwork with an artist/artist team to design, fabricate, and install a public art piece for the Artsakh Ave. Gateway Artwork in an amount not to exceed $550,000. 3.
