Motion approving the proposed locations for public art landmark pieces to be included as part of the City-Wide Public Art Landmarks RFQ #2, and the application review process to be managed by LeBasse Projects on behalf of the City of Glendale. b. 2023 - 2024 Work Plan 1. Motion approving the programs and projects for the 2023-2024 Work Plan, in an amount not to exceed $2,200,000 from the Urban Art Fund, and to recommend the City Council’s approval of the Plan. c. Arts and Culture Commission – Meeting Date/Time 1. Resolution approving Resolution No. 2023-01 related to Commission Rules of Procedure and adopting new Rules of Procedure that: (a) Reschedule the date and time of the Arts and Culture Commission’s Regular Meeting to the 3rd Thursday of each month, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. 7.
