Commission of Artwork – Shepard Fairey | Obey Giant Art, Inc. 1. Motion approving the Director of Community Services & Parks / Interim Director of Library, Arts & Culture, or a designee, to enter into an Agreement for Commission of Artwork with Shepard Fairey | Obey Giant Art, Inc. to design a mural rendering for the City of Glendale, in an amount not to exceed $14,000 from the 2023-2024 Work Plan. e. 2024 Strategic Communications Plan – The ACE Agency Motion to note and file. f.
