PROJECT DESCRIPTION Public hearing to enable Building Official and Fire Marshal to present proposed local amendments to Title-24 C.C.R., which would take effect commencing on January 1, 2023. 7. NEW BUSINESS a. ITEM: Appeal of 1470 Valane Drive Building Permit No. BB2116642 PROJECT DESCRIPTION Public Hearing on an appeal of the Building Official’s revocation of Building Permit No. BB2116642 to construct/legalize: 1) new wooden fences up to seven feet tall, 2) an approximately 240 square-foot new wooden deck, and 3) a new 36-inch tall concrete retaining wall on a property zoned R1R II (Restricted Residential Zone, Floor Area District II), located at 1470 Valane Drive. 8.
