The Agenda for the March 6, 2023 special meeting of the CDBG Advisory Committee was posted on or before  Friday, March 3, 2023, on the Bulletin Board outside City Hall. 2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Discussion is limited to items not a part of this agenda. Each speaker is allowed five (5) minutes. The Commission may question the speaker, but there will be no debate or decision. Staff may refer the matter to the proper section or department for investigation and report. 3.
