In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, auxiliary hearing aids, sign

requests regarding sign language translation and Braille transcription services. All documents related
to open session items on this agenda that are received less than 72 hours prior to this meeting, and
are public records, will be available for review in the Office of the City Clerk, 613 E. Broadway, RM
110, Glendale, CA 91206.
Translation services are provided for meetings through the use of bilingual staff for speakers who

water storage facility rehabilitation projects for a total not-toexceed amount of $450,000

1. Motion authorizing the City Manager or a designee to execute a contract with Parkwood
Landscape Maintenance, Inc. for the landscape maintenance of general government
facilities under Specification No. 3909, for an initial term of 3 years at $1,979,892, with
the city having the option to renew 2 additional one-year periods for a maximum five-
year contract of $3,299,820, plus a 10% contingency of $329,982, for a total project
allocated amount of $3,629,802
