using a free app called Screenweave and choosing “Glendale TV” from the menu. Meetings are also

program schedules. DVDs of the proceedings are available for purchase in the City Clerk's Office.

specific agenda item will be taken when that agenda item is discussed. If you have any question about

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, auxiliary hearing aids, sign
language translation, and Braille transcripts are available upon request. Assisted listening devices
are available same-day upon request. At least 48 hours (or two business days) notice is required for
requests regarding sign language translation and Braille transcription services. All documents related
to open session items on this agenda that are received less than 72 hours prior to this meeting, and
are public records, will be available for review in the Office of the City Clerk, 613 E. Broadway, RM
110, Glendale, CA 91206.
Translation services are provided for meetings through the use of bilingual staff for speakers who
wish to utilize the service as available. Speakers should state their request by contacting the City

to NV5, Inc. and Cannon Corporation for Owner’s Engineering Services for Public
Water System Activities
1. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute two (2) three-year
Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) with two qualified consultants, NV5, Inc. and
Cannon Corporation, to act on behalf of the City as Owner's Engineers specializing in
the design and engineering oversight of various public water system activities for a total
not-toexceed amount of $750,000 per consultant
b. Police Department, re: The County of Los Angeles Real Estate Fraud Prosecution
Trust Fund, Request for Authorization to Accept Grant Funds in the amount of
$31,000 to be used for the purpose of prosecution and/or investigation of real estate
fraud
1. Motion to approve the Glendale Police Department’s participation in the Real Estate
Fraud Prosecution Trust Fund Program and to authorize the City Manager to accept
grant funds in the amount of $31,000, and to execute the necessary agreements,
certifications, and other documents required to accept the grant funds

coverages for 2022-23 fiscal year, in an amount not-to-exceed $2,134,162
e. Community Services and Parks, re: Award of Supportive Services Program
Amendment Five of Grant Funds for FY 2022-2023 from County of Los Angeles
Workforce Development, Aging and Community Services (WDACS)
1. Motion accepting $54,000 in Older Americans Act (OAA) Title III B (Supportive Services
and Senior Centers) original baseline funding from County of Los Angeles Workforce,
Aging and Community Services (WDACS) for FY 2022-2023 Supportive Services
Program (SSP); and authorizing the City Manager or a designee to execute Amendment
Five to the WDACS Contract Subaward Number SSP192004 Subaward period July
2019 – June 2023 to accept and implement WDACS funding
