Android devices using a free app called Cablecast and choosing "Glendale TV" from the menu.

agenda item is discussed. If you have any question about matters on the agenda, or requests for

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, auxiliary hearing aids, sign
language translation, and Braille transcripts are available upon request. Assisted listening devices
are available same-day upon request. The City Clerk’ office should be notified 72 hours (three
business days) or as soon as practicable for requests regarding sign language translation and
Braille transcription services. All documents related to open session items on this agenda that are
received less than 72 hours prior to this meeting, and are public records, will be available for review
in the Office of the City Clerk, 613 E. Broadway, RM 110, Glendale, CA 91206.
Translation services are provided for meetings through the use of bilingual staff for speakers who
wish to utilize the service as available. Speakers should state their request by contacting the City
Clerk’s office at (818) 548-2090, at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting or as soon as
practicable. Please specify the language for which you require translation. The exclusive use of City

1. Resolution to authorize filing of a grant application for Casey Stengel Baseball Field
Restoration through California Department of Parks and Recreation, Office of Grants
and Local Services (OGALS) and accept grant funds in the amount of $2,000,000
from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2026 through a Legislatively specified grant in the 2022-
2023 State Budget; and authorize the City Manager, or a designee, to conduct all
negotiations, execute all agreements, certifications, and documents necessary to
accept and implement the funding
2. Resolution to authorize filing of a grant application for Mountain Oaks Open Space
Acquisition through California Department of Parks and Recreation, Office of Grants
and Local Services (OGALS) and accept grant funds in the amount of $2,500,000
from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2026 through a Legislatively specified grant in the 2022-
2023 State Budget; and authorize the City Manager, or a designee, to conduct all
negotiations, execute all agreements, certifications, and documents necessary to
accept and implement the funding
3. Resolution of Appropriation to appropriate the Legislatively Specified Grant from the
California Department of Parks and Recreation, Office of Grants and Local Services
(OGALS) in the amount of $2,000,000 to the Stengel Field Restoration project
c. Human Resources, re: Insurance Broker of Record for City’s Benefits Programs,
Award of Contract
1. Motion Authorizing City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with
Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. and appoint them as the Insurance Broker of Record
for all benefits programs. This agreement would span a five-year term, with the option
to extend for two additional one-year periods
