devices using a free app called Screenweave and choosing “Glendale TV” from the menu. Meetings

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing 1-story, 3,246 square-foot (SF) single-
family dwelling with attached, 2-car garage (originally built in 1961) and to construct a new
2-story, 4,855 SF single-family dwelling with an attached, subterranean, 3-car garage on a
23,620 SF double-frontage lot located in the R1R (FAR District II) Zone. The new house
also features an outdoor deck and new swimming pool. This is a second submittal for Final
Review; on May 26, 2022, the DRB voted to “Return for Redesign”. The case is being
continued from the January 26, 2023 DRB meeting.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION
The project is exempt from CEQA review as a Class 3 “New Construction or Conversion of
Small Structures” exemption, pursuant to Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidelines,
because the project involves the demolition and construction of a single-family dwelling.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The applicant is proposing to construct a new 2,025 square-foot, three-story, single-family
residence (with rear balcony) with a 452 square-foot attached garage (totaling 2,477 square
feet) on an 8,620 square-foot undeveloped lot located at 2727 Mira Vista Drive. The project
is in the RIR-II (Restricted Residential, FAR District II) zone.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION
The project is exempt from CEQA review as a Class 3 “New Construction or Conversion of
Small Structures” exemption, pursuant to Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidelines
because the project proposes to construct one single-family residence in a residential zone.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
To construct a new two-story, 3,282 square-foot single-family residence with a detached,
400 square-foot, two-car garage on an 13,504 square-foot lot in the R1, FAR District I. The
project also includes the construction of a new pool/spa and pool cabana. The existing
1,534 square-foot single-story residence and detached garage, built in 1932, will be
demolished as a result of the project.

The project is exempt from CEQA review as a Class 3 “New Construction or Conversion of
Small Structures” exemption, pursuant to Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidelines,
because the project involves the demolition and construction of a single-family dwelling.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
To construct a new 3,239 square-foot, two-story, single-family residence and a detached
997 square-foot, three-car garage on a 6.61 acre (287,930 square-foot) lot with an average
current slope of approximately 66.4%, zoned R1R II. The project includes a tram (3.5 foot
by 5-foot metal passenger basket on approximately 140 linear feet of track) and proposes a
total of 6,232 cubic yards (CY) of grading (3,498 CY cut, 2,734 CY fill, 500 CY export).
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION
The project is exempt from CEQA review as a Class 3 “New Construction or Conversion of
Small Structures” exemption, pursuant to Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidelines,
because the project involves the construction of one single-family dwelling in a residential
zone.
