Kenneth Road (Stanford House, GR No. 91): Review of Proposed Circular Driveway, Front Walkway, and Lampposts PHPCRDR 2204441 PROJECT DESCRIPTION Construction of a new concrete driveway at the front of the house linking the two existing driveways, which will be repaved; installation of related landscaping; and construction of a new front walkway and two stucco-clad lampposts not to exceed five-feet in height. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under a Class 31 exemption because it consists of rehabilitation work that is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. b. ITEM: 849 Cavanagh Road: Glendale Register Nomination and Mills Act Application PMA2205324 PROJECT DESCRIPTION Consideration of Glendale Register Nomination and Mills Act Application for 849 Cavanagh Road ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION Glendale Register designations and Mills Act contracts are exempt from CEQA review as a Class 8 “Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of the Environment” exemption pursuant to Section 15308 of the State CEQA Guidelines because they involve the designation and protection of historic resources. 8.
