ITEM: 1527 Cedarhill Drive (GR No. 33): Request to Remove Property from Glendale Register PGR-001298-2023 PROJECT DESCRIPTION 1527 Cedarhill Drive (GR No. 33): Request to Remove Property from Glendale Register ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION The project is exempt from CEQA as a Class 8 “Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of the Environment” exemption pursuant to Sections 15308 of the State CEQA Guidelines because, if the Historic Preservation Commission determines the property is not eligible for continued listing in the Glendale Register, it will not be considered a historic resource under CEQA. b.
