City Council Resolution of Appropriation to transfer $257,500 from CDBG-CV1 Small Business Grant Program (CSP00297AG) to CDBG-CV1 Senior Nutrition/Services Program (CSP00298AG) to be expended through June 30, 2026 c. City Council Motion authorizing the City Manager or a designee to execute Amendment Eight with Bateman Community Living, LLC dba Trio Community Meals, to increase the price per meal by 10% and add an additional $45,628, to provide additional meals to seniors through the Elderly Nutrition Program, for a total contract price, including past and future increases, not to exceed $2,095,484 d.
