City Council Motion approving the Glendale Continuum of Care (CoC) Board’s recommendation of funding reallocation for the Emergency Solutions Grant – Coronavirus Round 1&2 (ESG-CV1 and CV2) in the amount of $358,000, funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); authorizing the City Manager or a designee to execute all agreements, amendments, certifications, and documents necessary to accept and implement the funding recommendations; and authorizing submission of the FY 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan Substantial Amendment to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development b.
