AGENDA PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING VIA TELECONFERENCE ONLY Meetings are broadcast live on Glendale TV, viewable on Spectrum Cable, channel 6, and AT&T U- verse, channel 99. A SPECIAL MEETING of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission is hereby called to meet at 2:30 PM on February 28, 2022, via teleconference only to consider the following items of business, to wit: 1. The Agenda for the February 28, 2022, special meeting was posted on the bulletin board outside City Hall on or before Friday, February 25, 2022. 2. UPCOMING COUNCIL AGENDA ITEMS 3. COMMISSION/STAFF COMMENTS 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Discussion is limited to items not a part of this agenda. Each speaker is allowed five (5) minutes. The Commission may question the speaker, but there will be no debate or decision. The Director may refer the matter to the proper section for investigation and report. 5. CONSENT ITEMS (Including Minutes) The following are routine and may be acted upon by one motion. Any member of the Commission or audience requesting separate consideration may do so by making such request before motion is proposed. a. Approval of the Minutes of the Commission special meeting held on January 24, 2022. 6. ACTION ITEMS a. Dog Park Outreach Meeting Update 1. Motion recommending a location for a new dog park to the City Council, and asking City Council to direct staff to engage the services of a design consultant to prepare design alternatives and cost estimates for subsequent Commission and Council consideration. 7.
