The Commission may question the speaker, but there will be no debate or decision. The Director may refer the matter to the proper section for investigation and report. 5. Motion recommending a location for a new dog park to the City Council, and asking City Council to direct staff to engage the services of a design consultant to prepare design alternatives and cost estimates for subsequent Commission and Council consideration. 7.
