Proposed fees for memorial plaques to be placed on benches or picnic table sets at parks and park facilities in the City of Glendale 1. Resolution establishing new fees for memorial plaques, with a bench or picnic table set, at parks and park facilities in the City of Glendale and recommending that the Glendale City Council incorporate into the “Comprehensive Citywide Fee Schedule” the changes made to the CSP Department Wide Fee Schedule, effective February 23, 2023. b. Emerald Isle Playground 1. Motion recommending that the City Council approve the design for the Emerald Isle Playground Replacement Project, dispense with competitive bidding process, and authorize the Purchasing Administrator or a designee to execute a purchase order with PlayCore Wisconsin Inc., d/b/a GameTime for the purchase and installation of playground equipment at Emerald Isle Park. 7.
