REPORTS REGARDING POSTING OF AGENDA The Agenda for the August 17, 2022 Regular Meeting of the Glendale Planning Commission was Posted on August 10, 2022, on the Bulletin Board Outside City Hall. 1 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Approval of Minutes from July 17, 2022. 4. ORAL COMMUNICATION Discussion is limited to items not a part of this agenda. Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes. Planning Commission may question or respond to the speaker but there will be no debate or decision. 5. BOARD/COMMISSION MEMBER COMMENTS 6. OLD BUSINESS a. ITEM: 3810-3816 4th Avenue Tentative Parcel Map – PPM2113643 (GLN No. 1644) • Note – This item is being continued to the Planning Commission meeting of October 5, 2022 PROJECT DESCRIPTION Application to subdivide two residential lots into a total of three residential lots (Parcels A, B and C). The existing single-family dwelling on Parcel A will be maintained. Future single family residential development on the two new flag lots (Parcels B and C) will require approval by the Design Review Board. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION The project is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review under Section 15315 “Minor Land Division” because the project consists of the division of property in urbanized areas zoned for residential use into four or fewer parcels when division in in conformance with the General Plan and zoning, no variances or exceptions are required, all services and access to the proposed parcels to local standards are available, the parcel was not involved in the division of a larger parcel within the previous 2 years, and the parcel does not have an average slope greater than 20 percent. 7. NEW BUSINESS a. ITEM: 2116 Rimcrest Drive Tentative Parcel Map - PPM1426304 (GLN No. 1631) 1. Motion approve extension of Tentative Parcel Map PROJECT DESCRIPTION Request for a time extension for a period of 36 months for the approved parcel map to subdivide an existing single lot into three (3) lots to allow the development of two new single-family residences with an existing house to remain on one of the lots, in R1R (Restricted Residential) Zone, Floor Area Ratio District III. The approved parcel map will expire on August 20, 2022. 2 ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION A Negative Declaration (EIF 2010-13) was adopted by City Council on August 20, 2019. No revisions to the previously prepared negative declaration are necessary because the current project is a time extension request for the approved parcel map with no changes. 8.
