ITEM: 1880 Loma Vista Drive Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Permit No. PWTF2210696 1. Motion recommending approval PROJECT DESCRIPTION The applicant is proposing to construct a new 68-foot monopine wireless telecommunications facility with 15 attached antennas at the northern end of the park, 33- foot past the fire road gate. The proposal also includes a 10-foot CMU enclosure and required equipment. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION The project is exempt from environmental review as a Class 3 “New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures" of Existing Facility” pursuant to Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidelines. 9.
