In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, auxiliary hearing aids, sign
language translation, and Braille transcripts are available upon request. Assisted listening devices
are available same-day upon request. The City Clerk’ office should be notified 72 hours (three
business days) or as soon as practicable for requests regarding sign language translation and
Braille transcription services. All documents related to open session items on this agenda that are
received less than 72 hours prior to this meeting, and are public records, will be available for review
in the Office of the City Clerk, 613 E. Broadway, RM 110, Glendale, CA 91206.
Translation services are provided for meetings through the use of bilingual staff for speakers who
wish to utilize the service as available. Speakers should state their request by contacting the City
Clerk’s office at (818) 548-2090, at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting or as soon as
practicable. Please specify the language for which you require translation. The exclusive use of City
provided interpreters is not required and persons are welcome to use their own interpreter or speak

Vesting Tentative Tract Map Case No. PTTMCP 1920707
1. Motion approving extension of Vesting Tentative Tract Map
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A time extension request has been filed for the approved tentative subdivision map for 98-
unit multi-family residential condominium units and one commercial unit development in two
buildings located at 520 North Central Avenue and 521 North Orange Street, in the
“(DSP)” - Downtown Specific Plan - Orange Central District, described as Lots 8, 9 and 10
and portions of Lots 11, 12 and 13, Tract No. 614. Pursuant to State Law, the approval is
automatically extended for 60 days upon submittal of the time extension request. Approval
of the vesting tentative tract map was set to expire May 20, 2023, and is extended to July
20, 2023, or upon Planning Commission action.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION
The project was exempt from CEQA review as a Class 32 “In-fill Development Projects”
exemption pursuant to Section 15332 of the State CEQA Guidelines; the project meets all
the conditions for an in-fill development project.
