Motion authorizing staff to negotiate a professional services agreement amendment with Studio 111 in order to incorporate new design and construction documents to accommodate expanding the sidewalk on the westside of Artsakh, north of Harvard Street, and to implement a plaza design involving closure of Artsakh between the Exchange parking structure entrances north of Broadway 2.
