Motion: Board Member Wilburn made a motion to accept and approve April 13, 2026, BOA Meeting Minutes. Second: Board Member Nichols Voting Aye: Chairman Robinson, Vice-Chair Hanson Mercier, Board Member Wilburn, Board Member Hayes, Board Member Nichols Motion Passed: 5-0. 1 Page 2 of 3  B. Discussion and possible action to approve, deny or amend the meeting minutes of May 11, 2026, Planning Commission Meeting. MEETING WAS CANCELLED NO ACTION REQUIRED. 2. Selection of Chairman for the Glenpool Board of Adjustment. A. Discussion and possible action to select a Chairman for the Glenpool Board of Adjustment. Motion: Vice Chair Hanson Mercier nominated Chairman Keith Robinson as Chairman. Second: Board Member Wilburn Voting Aye: Chairman Robinson, Vice-Chair Hanson Mercier, Board Member Wilburn, Board Member Hayes, Board Member Nichols Motion Passed: 5-0. 3. Selection of Vice-Chairman for the Glenpool Board of Adjustment. A. Discussion and possible action to select a Vice-Chairman for the Glenpool Board of Adjustment. Motion: Chairman Keith Robinson nominated Vice Chair Hanson Mercier as Vice Chair. Second: Board Member Wilburn Voting Aye: Chairman Robinson, Vice-Chair Hanson Mercier, Board Member Wilburn, Board Member Hayes, Board Member Nichols Motion Passed: 5-0.
