Public hearing comments will be recognized when the public hearing is opened. 6. June 29, 2026 Minutes July 7, 2026 Minutes 6.2 Consider approving Change Order No. CO-25-26-05-01-OH with Revolution Power, LLC for the HWY 377 Road Widening Project involving electric distribution relocation work, resulting in a contract increase of $138,713; and authorize the City Manager to execute the change order. 1  6.3 Consider adopting Ordinance No. 26-39 amending the operating budget for the General, Utility, and General Capital Projects Funds for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. DELIBERATION AGENDA 7.1 Consider adopting Ordinance No. 26-41 approving and authorizing the issuance of City of Granbury, Texas, Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2026, providing for the payment of said certificates by the levy of an ad valorem tax and a limited pledge of the City's combined water, sewer and electric systems and resolving other matters incident and related thereto.
