The meeting was called to order at 8:31 AM by Chair Guillermo Cisneros

Jonathan Klooster presented the item and introduced Jared Belka from Warner
Norcross and Judd and Craig Schroeder from First Companies to provide additional
information on the project.
Motion to approve and recommend a Brownfield Plan Amendment for the Lofts
on Grove Holdings, LLC Redevelopment Project at 1359 Plainfield Ave NE, 1329

meeting.

Reimbursement Agreement for the Jackson Entertainment, LLC Redevelopment
Project at 120 Ottawa Ave NW.

Environmental Site Assessment Grant Program as of August 2022
Ms. Solis presented the item and provided details about previously approved grants
from FY2022 and new grant applications. Board members discussed the goals of the
Local Brownfield Revolving Fund policy as it relates to Environmental Site Assessment
grants.
Motion to approve the Environmental Site Assessment Grant Program report as
of August 2022 for an amount not to exceed $55,080.
