I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 8:32 AM by Chair Guillermo Cisneros

II. Excused Absences
1. The members who alerted the Executive Director that they would be unable to
attend ahead of time were listed. Jonathan Klooster also notified the group that
member Micah Perkins has resigned.

Jessica Solis explained there are no major changes to the project since presented last
December.
Motion to approve an Act 381 Work Plan and approve and authorize execution of
a Development and Reimbursement Agreement for the 415 Sheldon Avenue SE
Redevelopment Project at 415 Sheldon Avenue SE.
