2. Resolution approving a Fireworks Discharge Permit for Event One FX, LLC for an indoor
special effects at the Van Andel Arena in connection with the ALL ELITE WRESTLING TOUR
2022 event on Aug. 5, 2022
3. Resolution scheduling consideration of an Ordinance amending Chapter 32 of the City of
Grand Rapids Code of Ordinances, Title II - Utilities and Services, entitled City Stormwater
Drainage System for July 26, 2022
4. Awarding a contract with Allied Mechanical Services Inc for Improvements to the Final
Effluent Water line at the Water Resource Recovery Facility in the amount of $1,303,000 with
total amount not-to-exceed $1,718,445
5. Resolution awarding contracts with BRiK Plumbing, LLC and McDonald Plumbing, Inc. for
Private Water Service Installation and Well Abandonment in the Burger-Goodwood

Plainfield Avenue from Marywood Drive to Ellsmere Street in the amount of $3,858,061.60

7. Resolution awarding a contract with Groundhawg Excavating & Landscaping, LLC for the
Replacement of Lead Service Lines at Various Locations - Contract 2022-2 in the amount of
$1,961,968 with a total project cost not to exceed $2,673,700
8. Resolution awarding a contract with SWT Excavating, Inc. for the Replacement of Lead
Service Lines at Various Locations - Contract 2022-3 in the amount of $1,623,648.21 with a
total project cost not to exceed $2,216,900
9. Resolution approving an amendment to City Commission Proceeding No. 91732 dated May
24, 2022
