3. Resolution setting the date to consider rezoning 16 Griggs Street SW to the TN-TBA
(Traditional Neighborhood-Traditional Business Area) Zone District
4. Resolution setting the date to consider a Major Amendment to the Gateway at Belknap SD-
PRD (Special District-Planned Redevelopment District) to facilitate construction of 14
residential units in lieu of commercial space at 201 Hastings St NE and 525 (aka 513) Clancy

5. Resolution awarding a contract with Pride Builders Group LLC for Improvements to Veterans
