Resolution approving and authorizing execution of an Option to Purchase Agreement for the eventual acquisition of 850 Pannell Street NW for $1,925,000 for future development of a modern training and operations facility for the Grand Rapids Fire Department 4. Resolution approving an agreement with MDOT for the Reconstruction of Robinson Road from Lake Dr. to 135 ft E. of Woodmere Ave. and Rotomill/Resurfacing of Robinson Road from 135 ft E. of Woodmere Ave. to Plymouth Ave., approving a cost sharing agreement with the City of East Grand Rapids, and authorizing $3,076,830 for the local share of project costs 5.
