Factory Yards Redevelopment Project Overview Jonathan Klooster explained the qualifiers for, and the benefits of, a Transformational Brownfield versus a traditional Brownfield. This immense project will include residential units, commercial spaces (retail and office), outdoor activation space and more. Roosevelt Park Neighborhood Association (RPNA) representatives spoke in support of the collaboration of the Developers seeking input from neighbors. Mr. Klooster introduced Dennis Griffin, Ben Smith, and Scott Magaluk to talk about the history of the site, the plans for the future, and to answer questions.
