Resolution authorizing an agreement with Grand Valley Metro Council to continue Watershed- Based Stormwater Management Services in fiscal years 2023 - 2026 in the amount of $35,642 per year 2. Resolution Authorizing Payments to Kent County Drain Commissioner of FY2023 Maintenance Assessments for Knapp's Corner Drain in an annual not to exceed amount of $400,000. 3. Resolution accepting a $700,000 grant award and approving an agreement with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services for the FY 2023 Michigan Medicaid CHIP Lead Hazard Control Community Development grant program 4. Authorization to execute a Donated Funds Agreement in an amount not to exceed $75,000 with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) for a dedicated eligibility specialist for the Eviction Prevention Program 5. Resolution authorizing agreements with the Grand Rapids Urban League in an amount not to exceed $125,000 to serve as the lead agency for Cure Violence Grand Rapids, and with Cure Violence Global in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for training and technical assistance, for a total amount of $225,000 of violence prevention services 6. Resolution accepting a $180,000 grant award and authorizing an agreement with Network180 in an amount not to exceed $330,000 for the Mental Health Crisis Co-Response Program 7. Resolution approving a $50,000 Special Event sponsorship for ArtPrize 2022 8. Resolution recommending City Commission approval of providing Mobile GR sponsorship of ArtPrize in the amount of $50,000 in funding and $50,000 of in-kind services 9.
