Resolution authorizing payment of $51,407.30 to the Water Research Foundation for the Water System and Environmental Services Annual Membership Fee 5. Resolution approving an Amendment to the Services Agreement with the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce and City of Grand Rapids Downtown Development Authority for the Grand Rapids Retail Retention and Recruitment Initiative in the amount of $11,833 for the City's share of performance payments, for a total contract amount not to exceed $143,332.81 6. Resolution authorizing the City Treasurer’s office to work with The Rapid and Mesmerize to promote GR PayIt on Rapid buses. The project cost is “not to exceed” $30,000 and will be funded by the FY 23 Treasurer’s office budget. 7. Resolution authorizing an increase to the contract with PayIt, LLC to add Point-of-Sale (POS) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) payment channels for an amount not to exceed $200,000, which brings the total contract award to $1.4M annually. 8. Resolution authorizing an agreement with Urban League of West Michigan in collaboration with the Grand Rapids African American Task Force and the Michigan Black Expo for an amount not to exceed $50,000 9.
