Mid-Year Performance Update • Josh Naramore summarizes the Mid-Year Performance Update discussion item. • Commissioner Clark asks if the department publicizes or brings attention to the pilot projects Mobile GR is working on. • Max Gilles responds that the department does bring attention to pilot programs on social media, but is working to expand those efforts to different mediums. Particularly by making video advertisements that can be shared through a wide variety of platforms. • Commissioner Clark asks if the department is reaching out to partners to discuss the social zone to parklet changes. • Naramore responds that the department is being proactive with communication and engagement on those changes and pairing the discussions with the DASH changes. • Commissioner Kampmeier asks for an update on odd-even enforcement and if there will be a report out on the data related to that effort. • Naramore responds that the report out and data will be presented after the odd- even season closes. • Craig Hubert adds that the effort currently is heavily influenced by reports. • Commissioner Haynes adds that in her experience the enforcement staff have been really quick to respond to reports, she thanks the enforcement team for their work. 4.
