Action Items 1. Sponsorship Request for Lights on Creston Brianna Forbes introduced this item and noted that it is being organized by business owners in the district. Amy Venema, a business owner, provided a general overview of the Lights on Creston event. She added that all preparations are underway, and this sponsorship request will help the team to fully execute the event. Ms. Venema also presented the event budget and mentioned that the CIA board may receive some money back from the sale of alcohol. Ms. Kamara reminded the board that even though the sponsorship allocation for the fiscal year 2023 is slightly less than the requested amount, the board can reallocate funds from other budget lines. Motion to approve the Lights on Creston event sponsorship request for a not to exceed amount of $10,500.
