Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 4:01 PM by Chair Brianna Forbes. II. Public Comment on Agenda Items None. III. Minutes Approval 1. Approval of Minutes from October 20, 2022 No comments or corrections noted. Motion to approve the minutes from October 20, 2022. Action Items 1. Trash Maintenance Agreement with 61st District Court The Design Committee reviewed and recommended this agreement to the board. There was discussion about graffiti cleanup that is needed before the Lights on Creston event. Motion to approve the trash maintenance agreement with the 61 st District Court for a not-to-exceed amount of $8,000. Discussion Items 1. 2023 North Quarter CIA Meeting Schedule Group discussed possibly changing location for half the meetings and changing the months where Informational Meetings occur. 2. 2023 North Quarter CIA Officers Elections All current officers can run again. There are currently 3 vacancies on the board. (Alan Hartline arrived at 4:25 PM) VI. Reports 1. Corridor Manager and Committee Reports Margaret Williams presented minutes from the latest Design Committee meeting. Some volunteers are still needed for Lights on Creston event. The bioretention maintenance contract renewal is coming soon. VII. Other Business Duane Culver asked about the CIA/BID roundtable event, Verah Narh Kamara gave a summary. Commissioner Melinda Ysasi mentioned that she will invite Commissioner- elect Lisa Knight to visit a meeting of this board. Commissioner Ysasi wants to thank fellow 2nd Ward Commissioner Joseph Jones for his public support and service. VIII. Public Comment Ken Miguel-Cipriano is working on mapping trashcan locations and still compiling the data request for the micro-mobility pilot study.
