Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 9:03 AM by Chair Amy Brower II. Public Comment on Agenda Items None. III. Minutes Approval 1. Approval of Minutes from October 12, 2023. No comments or corrections were noted. Motion to approve the minutes from October 12, 2023. Action Items 1. South Division- Grandville Facade Improvement Program Project Amy Brower presented the application and noted the applicant’s non-profit status. Motion to approve the Façade Improvement application for 644-1100 Cesar E. Chavez Ave in the amount of $3,824. Holiday Decorations Funding Request Ms. Brower presented the Holiday Decorations Funding Request. There were questions about the timeliness of installation and a second agreement for Burton Heights. Ms. Brower will follow up with the vendor. Motion to approve the Funding Request for a not to exceed amount of $3,500. Discussion Items 1. 2128 S. Division façade application was discussed but eventually not voted onto the agenda as an action item. 2. New Meeting Location Update – The Kroc Center would not be free. Exalta Health, Cook Library, MTech Center were also suggestions. Verah Narh Kamara is investigating locations and will bring to the December meeting the 2024 Meeting Schedule with finalized location. VI. Reports 1. Committee Reports BHBA is having their Posada event Dec. 16th. Ms. Brower mentioned she has yard signs for completed façade projects. SWBA is planning their holiday tree lighting event. Design & Development committee is keeping tabs on the Plaster Creek connector project. Ms. Dalton will chair the Promotions & Marketing committee. VII. Other Business Dec. 7th there will be a truck traffic community meeting. Ms. Dalton wanted to recognize there will be a candlelight peace vigil this Saturday for recent homicides. VIII.
