Action Items 1. Uptown Public Art Mural Application - East Town Community Association Eastown Community Association is partnering with Mobile GR to do a right of way public art. One that will include an approved design that will not inhibit pedestrian crossing. Lynn Happel wanted to know if the request includes a maintenance plan and how often it will require a touch-up. Ingrid answered this project will have a maintenance plan and will not require a yearly touch-up. Ingrid will ensure the plan includes provisions for longevity. Reports 1. Uptown Grand Rapids Inc Ms. Miller presented the reports. Carol Moore presented her Hermitage at Diamond project to the Inc. board and the East Hills Business Association. She is launching a fundraising campaign. The location is being considered for after-school programming. There is no official ask from Uptown currently. Ms. Miller encouraged the board to spread the word. Mark is working on simplifying language in the business association MOUs. VI. Other Business Ms. Happel noted there is a new yoga studio in town called New Yoga mama and a new pizza place called Fontinos. VII. Public Comment None. VIII.
