Presentations 1. Leonard Street Road Construction Updates (9:57 AM) Juan Torres gave an update on the Leonard Street construction plan. Engineering and Planning will now be sending out mailers to people within 350 feet of the project for feedback, and then construction will start in 2024. The project will cost approximately $2.4 million. VI. Discussion Items 1. Gateway Project Discussion Leonard street gateway signage is ready to be quoted and moved forward.
