The Village Board of Trustees will discuss the following items and take action as needed:
1. Call to Order; Roll Call; Pledge of Allegiance
2. National Night Out: Larissa Lee to provide 2026 event updates
3. Public Comments: 30 minutes per meeting/5 minutes per speaker. Pursuant to WI Statues § 19.83(2)
and 19.84(2), the public may present matters; however, they cannot be discussed or acted upon until
specific notice of the subject matter of the proposed action can be given.
4. Plan Commission: Public Hearing at 4:15 p.m. : Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request from Brock
Anderson, owner of 330 Industrial Avenue W, to operate storage unit rentals.
5. WWTP Project update: Change Orders #3, #4, Work Directive Change Order #5, and contract
amendment
6. Correspondence: Burnett County Administration newsletter; SEH Monthly Project Report, MPIC
newsletter, Chamber Update, Golf financials.
7. Well #1 and #2 Project update: SEH recommendation to request proposal from Ehlers for a water rate
study
8. Minutes: June 8th Administration Committee, June 8th Village Board, July 10th Public Safety Committee
9. Hummer’s Rendezvous: License extension for Watercross July 16th-19th
10. Pickleball Courts: Nicki Peterson request to reserve courts August 22nd
11. Food Shelf: Family Pathways request to use space July 28th from 3pm-6pm

9) THE VILLAGE BOARD WILL CONVENE INTO CLOSED SESSION pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1)
(e) to discuss matters pertaining to a collective bargaining agreement which for competitive or
bargaining reasons requires a closed session.
10)THE VILLAGE BOARD WILL RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION pursuant to Wis.Stats.19.85 (2).
11) Any motions needed from closed session
12) THE VILLAGE BOARD WILL CONVENE INTO CLOSED SESSION to discuss various personnel
items pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) “Considering employment, promotion, compensation or
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction
or exercises responsibility.”
13) THE VILLAGE BOARD WILL RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 (2).
14) Any motions from closed session.
14. Market & Johnson pay request #11: WWTP Project.
15. Payment of Bills
16. Trustee reports, concerns, etc. (no action will be taken at this meeting)
