5. A public hearing to consider an annexation of approximately 999.72 acres known as the Arroyos del
Sol Annexation located generally northwest of State Highway 257 Spur, west of Weld County Road
19, and south of the Cache la Poudre River (ANX2024-0004).
6. A public hearing to consider a request for establishment of zoning to C-D (Conservation District) for
approximately 999.72 acres known as the Arroyos del Sol Annexation Establishment of Zoning
located generally northwest of State Highway 257 Spur, west of Weld County Road 19, and south of
the Cache la Poudre River (ZON2025-0001).
