ROLL CALL: Paul Jadin X Dale Preston X Director of Public Works EXC John Steinbrecker X Guy Zima X Ron Antonneau X APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A motion was made by Paul Jadin, seconded by Ron Antonneau, to approve the minutes of the August 11, 1997 meeting of the Green Bay Annexation Commission. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Annual election of Officers; President, Vice-President and Secretary, per Chapter 1.53(2)(b). A motion was made by Paul Jadin, seconded by Ron Antonneau, to elect John Steinbrecker as President. Motion was carried unanimously. A motion was made by John Steinbrecker, seconded by Paul Jadin, to elect Ron Antonneau as Vice President. Motion was carried unanimously. A motion was made by Ron Antonneau, seconded by Paul Jadin, to elect Dale Preston as Secretary. Motion was carried unanimously. Meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m. Respectfully submitted, Dale D.
