Business Improvement District Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday, October 4, 9:15 am Meeting Minutes 1. Call to Order- Jim called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m. 2. Accept and Place on File Minutes of February 22, 2022 – Sue motioned to approve the minutes from the 2/22/22 meeting. Tracy seconded the motion. The motion carried. 3. Review and approve the 2023 BID Operating Plan – Discussion on the BID Operating Plan as continued from the Board meeting. The motion to approve the BID Operating Plan was made by Tracy, Sue seconded the motion and the motion carried with a vote cast via email from Jenny Vander Zanden. 4. For the Good of the Order- Jenny discussed the total number of board members required as the board will have a different composition with the merger. Matt looked up the statute and total board members are to be no less than 15 and no more than 21. The BID Board members can total up to 7 but the preferred number is 5. 5. Adjourn – Sue made a motion to adjourn.
