BID Board Meeting Notes November 9, 2017 – Page 1 DATE: November 9, 2017 RE: BID BOARD MEETING MINUTES Members Present: Rachel, Sowinksi, Chad VanHandel, Nicole Zich & Adam Funk Unable to Attend: Peter Nugent, Krystina Engebos, Stephanie Bruss & Brendt Peeters Others: Brian Johnson (OBI) Matthew Buchanan (City) 1. Administrative A. Sowinski called the meeting to order at 8:35am B. Motion to approve the agenda: Funk moved, seconded by VanHandel MOTION PASSED C. Approval of the September 14, 2017 minute MOTION to approve the minutes: Zich moved, seconded by Funk MOTION PASSED 2. Financials VanHandel stated that current balance was $115,864.02. We received a small delinquent funds check. There is still money allocated to OBI that hasn’t been requested yet .MOTION to accept the Treasurer’s report/draft audit: Funk moved, seconded by Zich. MOTION PASSED 3. Discussion regarding term limits December meeting, we will discuss term limits and renewals. We have room to add to the board and several possible candidates were suggested. We will discuss in depth at December meeting. 4. Discussion regarding possible allocations to OBI There was no discussion regarding this topic. 5.
