Moved by Randy Scannell and seconded by Erin Edwards to approve the agenda of the Thursday, February 20, 2025, meeting of the Housing Authority Managing Member. Motion carried. Approval of the minutes from the Thursday, January 18, 2024, meeting of the Housing Authority Managing Member. Moved by Randy Scannell and seconded by Erin Edwards to approve the minutes of the Thursday, January 18, 2024, meeting of the Housing Authority Managing Member. Motion carried. Moved by Randy Scannell and seconded by Erin Edwards to open the annual meeting of the Housing Authority Managing Member. Motion carried. BACKGROUND The Housing Authority Managing Member by-laws require an annual meeting to be held. The election of the board and officers took place at the 2024 annual meeting and are good for two years; therefore no elections are taking place this year. The Housing Authority Managing Member entity is one part of the Green Bay Housing Authority Properties, LLC.
