Approval of BID/MABA Minutes: Sharon made a motion to approve the BID Minutes, seconded by Randy. Motion passed. Regular Business: Treasurer's Report. Spending is in line with the budget. Sharon made a motion to accept the treasurers report, seconded by Randy, motion passed. Operating Plan 2023 The draft Operating Plan was reviewed. A few changes in salary and additional staffing using the grant and BID funds will be made before sending to the City Attorney and Council. Motion was made by Sharon, seconded by Jordan to approve the Military Avenue Operating Plan for 2023 with changes, motion passed. Summer and Winter Markets The fence by Sears will be there for longer than expected. On-going location is in question at this space. An offer of the former Shopko space will be looked at for next year. An apartment will be going up in the parking lot at some time. The winter market will be in the Office Depot 30,000 sq ft. with a walking track and bouncy houses. Election of Officers for BID 2023 Sharon and Dan had expiring BID terms. Sharon made a motion to approve the extension of terms for three years and to reappoint the slate of officers as they were last year, motion was seconded by Dan, motion passed. Adam President, EJ Vice President, Sharon Secretary. A possible new MABA member is interested in joining, Leah will contact him. Adjourn Meeting.
