No taste, no spring wine walk, keeping an eye on delta varient w future events. Rail yard 107 units, TWG 225 were stalled but will come back soon with financing. South district: 2 million lift station for flooding at howard st., green space n of Mason st. Merge development agreement signed. 225 units, planning option 238 units, shipyard corridor plan – master plan. Business recruit/retention. Retail growing – Grant option of 10k, great tool to recruit. Staff is going well. 4. 2022 OPERATING PLAN: OBI Board approved/recommended. Principal activities all stayed the same as last year. Brand strategy with marketing staff of district. Retention strategy- directory of district, assistant directory and lease info. Benches/cans public art project – sand blast/re paint. Design: OBI fundraising for maintance as well on lighting thus $5k less than normal. Maintaince $25k. Art $15k. Administration $16,469. Audit $3k. Marketing surplus left over $17,877.
