CITY OF GREEN BAY POLICE DEPARTMENT TO: PROTECTION AND POLICY COMMITTEE FROM: COMMUNITY POLICING DATE: December 4, 2025 From November 13, 2025, to December 4, 2025, there have been no liquor law violations, no DA referrals, three citations issued, no massage violations, and no property referrals. On November 21, 2025, officer was dispatched to 1342 S Broadway, Packers Stadium Lounge for a disturbance. One male was cited for Battery-Simple. On November 23, 2025, officer was dispatched to 123 S Washington St, Stir-Ups for a disturbance. One male was cited for Battery-Simple and Disorderly Conduct. On November 23, 2025, officers were dispatched to 100 S Broadway, 100 Restaurant, for a disturbance. Parties were already being ushered away & those remaining did not wish to ID or report details. Section 12-11(a), Green Bay Municipal Code, is hereby amended to read: Sec. 12-11. Equal Rights Commission. (a) Members. The Equal Rights Commission shall consist of nine seven residents of the City, appointed from a diverse and representative cross-section of the community, inclusive of traditionally underrepresented groups, who shall be members only so long as they shall reside in the City. The membership of the Commission shall include one Alder, who shall have voting privileges. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
