5. Award Recommendation - Pilot Watershed Study: Phase 2 Plan
The engineering department is in the process of evaluating our storm drain
system city-wide. In 2022, the City of Greer commissioned a Pilot Watershed
Study to assess the condition of stormwater assets within the highest priority
watersheds. The next phase of this study will focus on 3rd party inspections of
storm drain assets within the Biblebrook watershed. After evaluating
proposals from three contractors, engineering staff recommends awarding the
contract to Compliance Envirosystems (CES) in an amount not to exceed
$200,000.00. Funding will be from the Stormwater Fund. (Action Required)
