Tuesday, October 22, 2024 – Regular Session at 7:00 p.m. 5. Tuesday, October 29, 2024 – No Meeting Scheduled V. CITIZEN'S COMMENTS Thirty minutes (30) are allotted for Citizen Comments for items germane to City of Hagerstown business. Anyone wishing to speak during a Regular Session must pre-register using the form found on the City’s website: www.hagerstownmd.org no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start of the meeting. Failing to pre-register accurately may result in a speaker not being permitted to speak. Speakers will be called in the order they pre registered.
