NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TUESDAY, JULY 28, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Jacksboro Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a published and posted Public Meeting, as prescribed by V.T.C.S., Government Code, §552.041, on September 4, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 112 W. Belknap, Jacksboro, Texas for consideration of the following agenda items. The Planning and Zoning Commission reserves the right to recess and/or reconvene into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed below, as authorized by Texas Government Code Title 5, Chapters 551.071 - 551.090. All final discussions or votes will be taken in open session. The Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendations will be heard by the City Council of the City of Jacksboro after the 2nd scheduled published and posted Public Hearing at the Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting.
