COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC-Per Ord 2020-320-E,C.R. 3.603- The public
comment portion of a regular Council meeting shall be scheduled at the
beginning of the business portion of each meeting immediately following
Quasi-Judicial actions.Comments from the public given during the public
comments portion of the meeting, except scheduled public hearing
comments, shall be limited to three minutes per person and no person
shall be allowed to give or transfer his/her time to speak to another person.
The Council shall reserve up to one and one-half (1.5) hours of time for the
public comment period. The deadline for filling out and submitting a
speaker’s card for public comment is 60 minutes after the published start
time of the Council meeting. When there are multiple speakers, the time
allocated per person shall be divided so as to allow as many speakers as
possible a turn to speak. Each person addressing the Council shall
