December 31, 2022, the REV grant will be proportionately reduced. If the Company fails
to invest at least $7,000,000 by December 31, 2022, the REV grant will be terminated and
the Company will repay the City the entire amount of the REV grant that has been
previously paid to the Company, if any.
• Section 9.2(c) – In the event the Company fails to create and maintain a minimum of 50
new jobs at an average wage of no less than $30,000 by December 31, 2023, and to
maintain the 50 permanent jobs at an average annual salary of $30,000 and the 90
retained jobs for the length of the REV grant, the annual payment of the REV grant will
be reduced pro-rata for each year the Company is under the 140 job retention
requirement.
